Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $199.
• We ship within the United States only.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
• Large or heavy equipment ships by freight and is quoted individually.
• Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

• Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Used or mounted blades and consumables are not returnable.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to equipment returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Warranty

Power equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer.
