Orders and pricing

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or specification error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, if necessary, cancel the affected order. All orders are subject to product availability.

Professional use

The products sold on this site are professional tools intended for trained operators. The buyer is responsible for supplying appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and for following the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety standards when using any product purchased from Sunset Tool Co.

Warranty

Power equipment carries the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Consumables and diamond tooling wear with use and are covered only against manufacturing defects.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunset Tool Co's total liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of a product is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that product.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product photography — is the property of Sunset Tool Co or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
